CUSTOM MADE TEXTILE PRODUCTION
Our cutting is made in house. Also %10 of quality control operations are also made in house. Sewing and rest of quality controlling, they are being made in subcontractors with our technicians making controls on daily basis. We work with quite a lot of sewing subcontractors which we use depending on garment that is in production where as for quality control we use our own staff that work for Fortrend Textile, but companies that require to check during production is always welcome. Fortrend Textile produces top t-shirt, polo shirt, sweatshirt, blouse, skirt, dress, pant, jacket, and jogging suit for women. We mostly produce t–shirt, polo shirt, sweatshirt, pant and jacket for men and t-shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, skirt, dress for children.
COLLECTION
We have a collection team to produce collections. We are also able to create a special collection only for you according to the ideas which you like. We have a wide range of collection which is prepared by our own designer. Cutting and sewing of collection is made %100 in house.
EMBROIDERY PRODUCTION
We use subcontractors. We can do any kind of application and embroidery. Strass, sequin and beading can be done by hand or by machines due to design.
PIECE PRINT & ALL OVER PRINT PRODUCTION
We are able to use screen and transfer print. We use all over printing subcontractors. We use subcontractors for the print varieties. Piece print can be done as plastic, water based, pigment, high density, silver, glittered, flock and transfer flock.
THE QUALITY CHECK
The quality assurance controls are made by our team during production. After goods reach packing, the final quality check is done in house before goods are packed. All kind of out sourced quality check is welcomed.
